Shipping and Delivery
At this time, delivery can only be made within the United States and Canada. Flat rates are shown at checkout.
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days. Please also allow 7 days for delivery by the USPS. This means receipt of your package could take up to 12 days. A tracking number will be provided via email.
Made-to-Order products are not kept in stock and will be delivered upon completion. Please allow a 4 week lead time before they will be packaged and shipped.
Jane + July accepts returns of unworn and undamaged products. A full refund or exchange will be granted if the items are shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days will be refunded with a store credit.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs, therefore return labels are not provided.

Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell your personal information. We will not store payment information in our records.
When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your email address, full name, address, phone number, and payment information. This personal information is used for order fulfillment.
